Went to a PE conference in Pasadena for three days with my PE co-workers. At the final meeting, we met Elaine LaLanne and Richard Simmons. She is 86 and he is 64. They look amazing!

Busy day today...watched Ava this afternoon with some help from Kari and Tyler.
Casey went to the USC baseball Alumni game.
Celebrated Lise's birthday but before the festivities, Blake got caught with his finger in the pudding before it was served.
