We went to the Living Desert in Palm Springs.

This giraffe found a broken sprinkler and used it like a drinking fountain.

This was the highlight of the day...a bobcat named Nike. He was so playful at the window with us and we could hear him purring through the glass.

As we left the Living Desert, Corey found this truck sitting outside. He wanted to break in.

Brady, Jennifer, and Breslin joined us in Palm Desert. We did a lot of hanging around and relaxing.

We ate at our favorite BBQ restaurant in Palm Springs called Babes.

We stayed at house in Palm Desert this weekend. It was a nice get-a-way but very hot!

A day of softball...First, Kari's coaching debut. Kari is coaching Kayla's softball team with Uncle Mike. She is loving it!

Then it was off to Megan's 1st softball game ever!! She did a great job...we are so proud of her!

Corey and I went to Constitution Day at West Creek Park. We learned about the creation and the signing of our Constitution and heard George Washington, James Madison, John Hancock, Dolly Madison, and Mama Kate tell us stories.
