Corey was having trouble getting his cleats off so Kari decided she could help him. She dragged him from the living room through the kitchen trying to do it.
One more of Jari's favorite spots in the house...the office chair. Many times she won't get out of it and you end up sitting on the edge of the chair. Another scary cat picture...
Happy Birthday Auntie Jennifer and cousin Tori! In honor of your birthdays, Kari and I went to Burger King and got two shakes. I ordered something new called the BK Oreo Sundae Shake. Can you believe that it came with a straw called the "BK pipe." Compare it to a regular straw...incredible!
I went to the SCV Education Foundation teacher tribute tonight. My entire department went to support one of our own. PE teacher Dan Cota was honored as teacher of year from Placerita Jr. High School. Yeah Dan!
Corey received the game ball at his game tonight. He was 2 for 2 with a single and a double, 2 fabulous slides, and 1 RBI. Both hits were solid! His team won 16 to 6.
We had some family friends come by today for a visit. Here are the kids with Judy (former student of Casey's mom) and Mr. Talman (Burrill family friend for many years).
The Stanley Cup playoffs have begun. Kari and Casey have been watching hockey non-stop. Kari even made a Stanley Cup playoff bracket to keep track of the winners.
After West Ranch finished up the baseball tournament (they came in 2nd of 16 teams), the Burrill family headed to the Staples Center to see Bon Jovi in concert. It was great!!!
Hey Auntie---we found a new park for picture taking. It is called Tewinkle Park in Costa Mesa. It is beautiful. There are ponds, waterfalls, trees, bridges, and ducks. Here are a few pics.
We went to Balboa Island today. We took an auto ferry back to the main land. We are on the auto ferry taking a picture of another one to show what we were riding on in our car. Then we rent an electric boat and toured the Newport Bay. There were million dollar house all along the water with boats docked up at the houses. There were even small islands in the bay that also had houses on them. The only way to those houses were small walking bridges or by boat. They were awesome.
Back at the campground for some more fun!
Kayla getting her hair dried and eating her dinner at the same time. What a princess!
