We spent the day in Carpinteria. Casey found this great place called the Carpinteria Seal Sanctuary. It was about a 1/2 mile walk from the car to the sanctuary. We watched the seals from above and then ventured down the cliff to get closer to the water. It was beautiful!!!
We then headed off to the Ventura Harbor for some ice cream. While we were there we found a hat shop and had a great time trying on some silly hats.
