Washington DC day 6---We toured Arlington on our last day. What an impressive place! We finished our visit with a hockey game and saw the Washington Capitals play the Buffalo Sabers.

Washington DC day 5---We went on a great 6 hour tour of the city. Our tour guide was amazing. The facts he knew about all of the buildings and monuments were incredible. Here are some highlights.

Washington DC day 4---We finally got out and explored. We toured the Capital Building, the National Archives (no pictures allowed...saw the original Declaration of Independence, Bill of Rights, and the Constitution of the US), and a few museums. Lots of walking today!!!

There are 2 statues for each state. The state decides which important person from that state represents them at the capital.
This spot at the US Capital Building is the center of Washington DC.
